Lately I have found myself looking at mini laptops
As history shows, if I research a product long enough, I'll eventually buy it
The laptop I'm using at the moment is just too slow. I have been using it for a couple of years now and there so much stuff on it.
Despite the fact that I did try to get rid of all the unused programs and tried to clean the register it still runs slow Also having Windows Vista and being heavy is another reason I want to get rid of it
A smaller mini laptop will be a better to carry around
Looking at the specs, I have been pleasantly surprised to see that most new mini laptops have the some capabilities as my current one. There is the issue about DVD drive, but since I don't watch movies on my laptop, it is not a problem.
After much research, I have set my eyes on
nb205 n311w and nb205 n310bn
The battery life is the most impressing bit to be honestWith only 2 hours of life on my current laptop, its a bit improvement
Simiral processors but the NB205-N311W seems to be faster at 800 MHz
What worries me a bit is the size of the keyboard.I supposed I'll get used to it in a week or two at the most
Planning to go down the mall this weekend and hold one in my hand to see how it feels

Michael Schumacher tests GP2 car
Michael Schumacher will tune up for his Formula 1 comeback by testing a GP2 car for three days this week in Spain.
The German's first chance to get behind the wheel of an F1 car will be during testing in Valencia on 1 February.
However, it is not yet known if Schumacher and his Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg will both take part in the first of four pre-season tests.
Since calling off his temporary comeback with Ferrari because of a neck injury, Schumacher has been restricted to karting to sharpen his racing instincts.
The GP2 test, which has been approved by motorsport's governing body the FIA and F1's testing organisers, now gives the 41-year-old another opportunity to blow away the cobwebs.
"It is an honour and a privilege for us to have Michael Schumacher help us develop our car," said GP2 organiser Bruno Michel.
You can see Schumacher at Monza 2010, Silverstone 2010 and Valencia 2010
GP2 Organiser Bruno Michel said: “Today’s test marks a milestone for the GP2 Series. It is an honour and a privilege for us to have seven-time Formula One World Champion Michael Schumacher help us to develop our car. The goal of the GP2 Series is to prepare young drivers for Formula One. This test will prove to be very important for the future of our GP2 drivers and will be a confirmation of the high-standards and competitiveness of our Series.
Quintin said more developmental tests were likely before the series begins racing in Abu Dhabi next month but couldn't speculate on whether Schumacher would be involved.
I'm happy I got my Silverstone tickets already. Should I go to Monza too?

I'm fed up with this endless shopping
My pockets are empty after all that Xmas shopping, but yet the sales are here.
Why is it that the less we have the more we spend?
It is ridiculous to put it politely. Our houses are full with stuff we don't really need.
When will everyone realize that accumulating stuff is unnecessary?
Buy try telling that to your wife! Terrible mistake. All of a sudden you don't love them.
Believe it or not it will be Valentine's day - more pointless shopping.
I'll be really happy if I don't have to visit another shop until the end of the year.
And if anyone can explain to me why my mother bought me a halogen cooker!
Oh, come one!

Kubica may stick with Renault
BBC reports that Kubica will stay with Renault despite the fact the team has new owners.
Apparently his manager have said:
"Robert wants a performing car. It's useless if the driver gets more money if you have a weak car and lose (performance) bonuses. It's better to score points and make podiums than to earn more money."
Since when do those agents look out for anyone else but themselves?
If Renault had asked Nelson's manager if the young driver should crash his car and secure victory for Fernando, would the outcome have been different?
F1 fans are smart and will not buy of this anyway.
There is a reason Kimi won't be driving in F1 in 2010 too. Yeah, that's right - cash.
Good luck to Robert and I'll miss Kimi! Bring on Silverstone 2010

Happy New Year
2009 is in the past. Welcome 2010!!!
We had a wonderful time in NY. My parents were kind enough to put us up for a week.
As usual the little ones had the most fun. Presents, games, cousins...
2009 was a tough one. I'm really wishing 2010 will be much better.
This year I'm planning to get a new job and go on holiday in Holland.
To all my friends and colleagues, here is to your success in 2010.
Lets make it a great year!
